Quantify Feature Explained

Quantify is Enterpret's tool for breaking down customer feedback into numbers you can actually work with. You use it when you want to know how often a topic shows up, how sentiment is trending, or which themes are driving the most noise right now. Teams turn to Quantify when they need a clear picture before making a roadmap call, writing a PRD, or updating leadership. It is the quickest way to go from a question about your customers to an answer you can share.

Quantify helps teams slice and dice feedback data for precise analysis results. It enables teams to uncover valuable insights about what customers recommend, what causes negative feedback, and how customers feel about specific features.

Quantify is the centre point of feedback analysis in Enterpret. It helps you iterate on product developments quickly, identify quality issues, and act on your customer's pain points faster.

Note: In January 2026, Enterpret released Quantify Query optimization, which provides 50% speed improvement on query execution. This makes analyzing large feedback datasets significantly faster.

What is an "Analysis" in Quantify?

Quantify offers various different parameters to sift through your feedback data effectively. When you combine multiple parameters to get to what you're looking for, it's called an Analysis or a Query. You create custom Analyses or Queries to get specific insights from your feedback data.
